coach & consultant to Fortune 500 companies and
entrepreneurs for over twenty years.
Known nationally as “the coach’s coach” Pat helps
professionals from many fields become better leaders and/or
more effective coaches. Her education includes graduate
training in Counseling and Organizational Development at
Columbia University and The Wharton School of Business. A
Certified Heartmath Coach, Corporate Coach University
International graduate and Neuro-Linguistic Programming
practitioner, Pat also holds the International Coach
Federation's coveted Master Coach Certification. She
augments her coaching skills with an array of highly
effective organizational and individual assessment tools.
When she’s not coaching, Pat leads classes teaching leaders
how to grow their skills and their businesses.
In 1987, Pat formed The Spectrum Group, LLC a consulting
firm dedicated to strategic change management. As its
lead coach, Pat supports client organizations in leveraging
their human potential, whether their situational need is for
executive development, employee hiring or retention.
Her coaching enables individuals and teams to envision the
outcomes they want and need, then develop specific
strategies that will help them reach their goals.
Having experienced the challenges that arise while growing a
consulting firm and during years of corporate management,
Pat's widely differentiated knowledge adds understanding,
heart and sensitivity to her coaching.
Before starting her own firm, Pat led the Management and
Organizational Development at Equicor, now a division of
Cigna. These roles gave her the experience necessary for
supporting real organizational change & business results.
Years of platform training experience equip Pat to provide
special content coaching to her clients.
The author of many articles for the American Management
Association and other periodicals, Pat presents regularly at
professional conferences. She also serves on the Tennessee
Leadership & Tennessee Coaches Alliance Boards.
When she’s not traveling for business or pleasure, Pat
enjoys music and skeet shooting.
